All, There will be practice over Spring Break,
Friday, March 10th, 2:30pm - 4:30pm
Tuesday, March 14th, 10am - noon
Thursday, March 16th, 10am - noon
These practices are bonus practices that will count towards any practice absences during the rest of the season.
ATHLETES SHOULD AT A MINIMUM DO THREE TRAINING SESSIONS OVER SPRING BREAK. YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE INITIAL SORENESS YOU JUST WENT THROUGH AGAIN, DO YOU?
On Tuesday March 7th will be a meeting for parents and track athletes in the cafeteria at 4:30pm. The meeting will involve plans for the 2017 Track season
Happy to see all the turn out for the 1st day of Track practice. Practices will be everyday after school at the same starting time of 2:30pm and get done at 4:30pm. Please remember to bring cloths to run and workout outside for practices will be outside and shorts and tank tops with zero degree weather... well its a bit cold.
The 2017 Track Season starts March 1st,2017. If you have not yet signed up yet. You can still get your paperwork in!!!! ( if you have not yet signed up!
