Hey Team! Today was a great day for us. Lots of PR's and the boys team is sitting in first after day one. Here are a few reminders about the meet. We did really good with these put I want to make sure we are perfect so we don't get DQ'ed for doing something we shouldn't be.
ATHLETES 1. Once you enter the fence to the track or your event area (throwing/jumps) NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES!!! 2. When you go to warm up please bring everything you need to race! (Spikes, water bottle, matching uniforms for relays) 3. NO CHANGING IN THE COMPETITION AREA! 4. NO PROFANITY or POOR LANGUAGE ! 5. Please check in at FIRST CALL and stay near the clerking area at that time! 6. PLEASE, PLEASE get a good cool down in! PARENTS 1. Please keep to only the bleachers. Dimond has a restricted area for only coaches and athletes. Please watch for signs that are posted for these areas. 2. Please allow your athletes at least a 5-10 min. cool down run after they compete! 3. TEAM BANQUET Tuesday @ 6 pm Service Cafeteria! Last NAME bring A-G Main Dish H-M Side Dish or salad N-Z Dessert COACHES 1. NO coaching from the infield for the rest of the season! 2. Field events will have a designated area for you to coach from. SATURDAY ANCHORAGE DAY#2 Field Events start @ 10 am(arrive @ 9am) Running Events start @ noon(arrive @11am) THE ENTIRE TEAM SHOULD BE AT DIMOND BY 11 am to support the whole team!
